i have just received the acceptance email from UOL,saying that we should two separate emails giving further information about how to access the registration and fee payment process via the student portal.

he first email will include details of your username for the portal and the second email will contain your password. If you have not received these e-mails within 48 hours of receiving this offer letter please contact us

But its been way past the days now.anyone can enlighten me whether is it that UOL is slow in sending the email which contains the username and password or should i emailing them to ask about the matter.

At least you have received an acceptance email. I don't even have a single email from UOL at all...

I also didnt receive the 2 followup emails for a few days, emailed UOL ytd, they replied me saying that they are sending out the emails today. Would have to contact them again if I did not receive within 24 hrs.

Student reference number is given in the very first UOL email, which you probably don't have.

~.~..I told the UOL that i dun have..end up they told me go check with SIM whether they gt sent the application coz they dun have the record in their system-.-'' if they nvr sent...hw the hell i can do eCR etc...

eCR is a SIM-side thing, so it's unrelated to UOL.

When did you submit the PEI contract? They said UOL will email you within 8 weeks from submission of the contract, mine took around 1 month (I submitted mine end-June).

i submitted in early june...but my friend already receive the welcome letter even though he submitted his contract later then me. I really have no idea wat's going on now..

Maybe you should try calling Student Services. I doubt UOL will proceed with your enquiry if you don't have the student number...

Yea, UOL will need the student reference number in order to proceed. U gotta email them ask them again, if not u might try to ask SIM student services, ask them help u check.
