Econs and Posc are the thickest... A4 size and about 1 inch thick...
Actually not tat thick but quite heavy... Cos it has been sooo long since I have to carry books to school..

u dont need to bring subj guides to lessons. the lecturers will teach from their self-made notes issued to all students on their 1st lesson. but of coz they'll assume you will study the subj guide on yr own.
u only bring the subj guide to show the lecturer if u have any doubts/queries regarding some part tat u dont understand...
otherwise nobody brings subj guide to lessons de (unless u plan to self study it in sch after lesson)

haha most of the subj guides r written very vaguely but some r very detailed like intro to econs.. and for yr1 modules i really dont see any need to use txtbooks at all(other than psoc i guess...)
thru out my 2yrs in sim i did not buy any txtbooks at all. i always go SIM library to borrow the recomended txtbooks.. altho the editions are older but the content is pretty much the same as the latest one.
