Through SIM mail. I got the confirmation of registration email on August 8th and just got my study guides 10 minutes ago.

But then u will have to pay to UOL side there, not to SIM leh. I dun think its possible ah since unless got option to pay to UOL on the nets machine. Some more its in pounds, will be better if u pay thru online, bank draft or western union.
