Appeal within 48 hrs. If you scanned the card after the 1hr mark lesson started, the scanner won't register your attendance.

It happened yesterday, i scanned the card before the class start.
Now that i go click the appeal buttom below the "student attendance" , it appear "Access Denie!!". Then how?

Check your live edu mail. They will give you updates to your current attendance record if you had missed lessson or in your case (didn't scan) If you didn't receive any mail, this means that you have scanned in time.

Hmm, send a mail to the sim admin staff to explain that you were present at the class but the scanner failed to register your attendance. I did that and I was asked to appeal by the sim staff.

Hmm apparently, we have attended 10 lessons including tmr lesson. If one missed one lesson, that would mean he/she attended 9 lessons which adds up to 90%

Yeah, that's why it's better to play safe and scan earlier. Appealing is such a hassle, from what I've heard.

actually...attendance doesn't matter if you're singaporean. my attendance was 69%..

I thought they got set attendance target at 75% and above?? So 69% u didn't get any punishment such as not able to sit for exams??

For the tut qns 2 for specialisation and trade, is it true or false?? It states that the international price of 1 unit of x is 1 unit of y and that economy 1 must have exact 2 billion units of y, therefore both economies will consume the same amt of x and y as each other. But according to what i work out, economy 1 has comparative advantage in producing x while economy 2 has comparative advantage in producing y.

Thus, economy 1 should concentrate on producing x while economy 2 should concentrate on producing y. Then how do i go on from here? Can anyone help?? Got stuck at this qns.

nah.u pay money to take exam, they can't ban u from uol exam. e.g private candidates dont attend school but can take exam. that rule applies to sim internal exam. but... i also sat for the sch exam. lol.well that's.my yr 1. 2nd yr i.will nt do that anymore

They only implement the attendance rule from 2010 onwards?
