POA Qn:
What's the diff between: Allowance for receivable & Receivables expense?

rev Allowance = may or maynot payback..so estimate an allowance % = doubtful debt.

rev expense = confirm wont payback rede, so take it as a expense(consumption of asset) = bad debt.

In my opinion, the texts not really required for the the course. Its the thinking process that you need to sharpen. Must be able to come up with your own arguments using economic theory/model

Dr Zhang today suddenly burst. He was fed up that a student had repeatedly disrupting his lecs today due to him asking him a number of qns during lec and interrupting him. Wow, never see him like that b4. :s22:

Hi guys, I need some help.

If I have queries regarding the admission dates and bridging course period, who can I approach? Do I go to the office at Clementi or simply call them?

Anyway, I have some questions.
Would need some advise on how the bridging course is conducted? Is it conducted every day/night? Or do I choose which day I am able to attend?

Also, if I join the course as year 2 after the bridging course, is the admission on Sept or Aug?

Thanks.

I knew this day would come. Came across many educators in my schooling life and those potential volcanoes are those who seem "peaceful" on the outside.

Actually, every conversation session that I attended, always got one or two strangers who will ask alot of stupid and irrelevant questions. But because the speaker is paid by the audience to speak, so they can't hit out at the audience. But not in educational institutions. :D

I think that guy asking too much le ah, basically is common sense qns that by right u should know and not ask, unless its really some qns that u think u cannot really understand that well then ask, but he ask basic and even most could be understood qns, no wonder that Dr Zhang fumed. He said that he forgot what he wanted to teach as that student is disrupting him ah.

If that guy got dignity, he can't hide his face for a long time to come. :s13: Already in the University level, if still can get whack by the lecturer is quite an embarrassing thing, to be honest.
