SIM-UOL VS SAA-UOL

I'm considering between SIM & SAA for Accounting & Finance.
Campus facilities don't matter to me as I intend to take my degree part-time.

SAA is more convenient for me as I stay at the east side (~45minutes to get home vs SIM 80 minutes)
SIM supposedly has the best/better lecturers and also invites the UK lecturers down during the revision periods; how about SAA?
SAA probably has smaller sized classes?

First of all, location. Where do you stay.
Secondly, size of lecture. SIM is in large scale theatre while SAA is in a small tutorial room, more focus and easier to approach lecturer. I prefer SAA over SIM also becuz of the admin matters, they reply, react fast and organised. Unlike SIM, print here print there. Very troublesome and response is so slow.
