Any Pixel 4a users using Simba knows if VoLTE works now?
I just checked. Updated my phone to the latest software and even rebooted. Disappointingly, not yet.

Noticed there is a SIMBA profile though - a Reset Network Settings yields the profile. But it doesn't yet have VoLTE provisioned.

Anyone staying in or around waterfront gold condo at Bedok Reservoir? The download speed there for Simba is less than 2 Mbps. Anyone got similar experience? Any suggestion for other cheap telco to port out to with better speed?

If your family members are using other telcos, I suggest that you check with them about the coverage and download speed in your location. After that, you can make an informed decision about which MVNO to sign up with.

Not staying there, but Simba’s speed at my house is about 5-8mbps tops.

Simba’s speed at residential areas seem to be quite slow in my opinion. Speed is decent at malls.

Singtel and Starhub based MVNOs will definitely give you much faster speed.

was 2mbps for me at home initially, but later they upgraded their system and i am getting close to 90mbps. still, i am using home bb, so no big deal for me, maybe for others yes.

Just need to spend $10 and try Heya.SG. That will be a good gauge of MVNOs using Singtel.

Yes, I certainly agree with you that speed especially at my home is super annoying as I only get around 1-3Mbps.
Worst of all, I do even encounter "no service" message repeated daily.
However, speeds outside my home are good even inside trains and indoor shopping malls.

I understand that Heya SG do not have data roaming.
So, just to spend the amount to test cell signals may not be worthwhile.
Just my 2 cents worth. :)

I suspect they changed the base station equipment. Because I use speedtest to locate the signal source, still the same source after the speed change.
Oh ok, thanks for your input. (y)
I also will track the location of cell towers nearest to my vicinity.
