Hmm... No wonder! 😙

I have not been getting "No Network" alert occasionally since a month ago in and around my house!

I just checked the SIMBA coverage and I'm pleasantly surprise to see my block is now covered under a layer of "orange" meaning at least, a strong SIMBA 4G cell signal. The surrounding has 4G+ (red in color).

That layer of "orange" wasn't there all the time until I see it now! :)

*NOTE: My secondary phone is with SIMBA since more than a year ago already! So, I know the improvement very well!

Was there actually any improvement in real life before and after the orange appeared?

Yes, more constant and faster speed and stable connection that resulted in a faster and smoother loading of Apps and web pages on my phone and tablet. My tablet is with the SIMBA $10 plan too. :)

I guess that I'm making the right decision to come back to SIMBA with my primary phone next month! :)

I already made my feedback to them in my block area. Hoping they will improve their reception in my block. So far so good for other places. Malls and mrt.

That's good!

Basically, SIMBA is very strong inside MRT! No issue as well in malls except a few exceptions.

Anyone has any tips on how to resolve the «mismatch ID» error when activating sim card with the same Singpass account I used for sign up?

Customer on boarding process shouldn’t be this difficult right?
