I was on trial plan and sign up for the $10 plan before 30/5. Gotten the email confirmation back then. Nothing has changed in the online system when i log in early June, still showing 2GB/day. I happened to log in again on 15/6 and saw that the status has changed back again to asking me if i want to convert to the $10 plan. I click yes (sign up again), got a confirmation email again and the next day, i was converted to the $10 plan.
Maybe try log in and see again?

Use 2GB per day, average 60GB per month if count by 30 days. Better then $10 plan I guess.
I’m on trial plan and it is pending to switch to paid plan. But my SIM card isn’t working (I haven’t used it since December). Any idea why?

Noticed the outgoing minutes gets reduced only when the call is to toll #. When you call a toll free #, the call happens to be free. This seems to be different from other telcos as far as I know.
Yes, checked it few times.really? you mean they actually don't charge for 1800?
technically nothing wrong for their target
imagine for 5 million ppl in lion city are paying $10 per month nett. it means 5 mil x $10 = $50 mil monthly cost. to be shared among all MNPs/MVNOs, i dun think they can survive. haha.
