Whats the difference between superroam 50GB (30D) and (90D).

Whats the benefit of the 30D? is it so that after 30days, we can change plan? thx

30d and 90d same price.

Just ended my Europe trip, able to connect well in Greece and Germany but only able to connect to Iliad in Italy which only provided 3G. Using iPhone.

No difference in the offered perks.
The only difference is the payment methods, one is billing every month while the other is billing once every 3 months.

can't find an FAQ on this.

can i switch from an existing SIMBA SIM to an eSIM by retaining the same number?

for free roaming data, once exceed the free quota given, will it incur additional pay per use data roaming charge?

It's cheap. SIMBA charges per every 10MB block. So, if you don't use up to 1GB. You don't even have to pay the full $4 per 1GB.

No. Must recharge before you roaming data bundle runs out. Else, find a wifi or Hotspot connection to recharge.

Simple.

this is referring to the postpaid plan or prepaid plan? Postpaid plan also got account to top up? I tot postpaid normally just use liao then bill to u to pay for next month.

Seems like simba still is more seamless with roaming. a lot of praises in the simba thread that their roaming is seamless.

zym will need to improve the situation if they want to retain customers who jumped ship to them.

Ya! This will determine how long I'm gonna stay with ZYM and a possible come back to SIMBA... 🤭
