TPG took $10 twice from my frd's Singtel Dash. Is TPG still so screw up now?

How to clarify with TPG? The web tpg account has no invoice history. I can't check myself.

All my 4G phones dated 2018 and older cannot get voice or volte tpg.

So only way last year 2019 i upgraded to new OPPO reno and finally I get the Volte Tpg.

Just to be safe, looking at the backlog happening there, better to go into your account and opt out so that you don't need to think about it anymore.

Ok they sent me a table illustrating how the charge cycle mechanic works vs my conversion date.

I can understand it.
5 days before new cycle they will charge your card.
So it is a little like prepaid (till you exceed usage free limits)

But no receipts, no display of money rcv on customer portal as billing credit, no pdf either… cannot like that right

according to the faq, it is 4 days before end of cycle - so it is post pay

for june july and aug? 3 is about right.

Problem is that they only issue one invoice. And does not mention the billing period. And even they charge, they can send sms say fail to deduct.

Pls send email to feedback to IMDA on any how billing by TPG without official invoice. And even the first invoice does not mention the subscription period. I have already done so. They have ask for more details n I have just provided screenshots.

so aug maximum should be charged S$20 right since june is first cycle of billing?

base on this FAQ there is no way we are charged 3x since June is starting of cycle

they better get it right now since 3rd month only easy to track

For postpaid, the basic monthly subscription fee (and VAS for the other telcos) is charged at the beginning of the month, so I'd expect $30 to be charged by now.

FOC trial ended in May.
$10 charged for June's monthly subscription.
$10 charged for July's monthly subscription.
$10 charged for August's monthly subscription.

Better to terminate and re-sign to avoid those charges if they still haven’t bill you yet
