hi

i used up 30gb of my 50gb in just 8 days ....

if i use up all the 50gb, will tpg charge me another $10 for another 50gb or how does it works ?

For postpaid, the basic monthly subscription fee (and VAS for the other telcos) is charged at the beginning of the month, so I'd expect $30 to be charged by now.

FOC trial ended in May.
$10 charged for June's monthly subscription.
$10 charged for July's monthly subscription.
$10 charged for August's monthly subscription.

first charge for me is july

anyway waiting for them to reply

Total to date they should be paid 30 base on my table pic.

I rcv 1 email liao from them acknowledging 2/3 the funds rcv, but no invoice pdfs yet, while tpg portal show me having credit in my favour (not prepaid topup section)

Their charging is not really on a fixed date cycle u see my table that's provided by tpg

but may i ask if anyone on free trial did got charge if u did not request for terminated?

Never received any email or credit card statement on this, never login to request to terminate as by right it should auto terminate. My free trial still working though as of now. :s13:

you need to top up your account to buy additional data at higher rate , something like 3x the basic rate.

if you don't top up, you will not have connection until start of next billing cycle.

Anyone receive TPG sms stating that you not paid the July bill but you actually paid?

This month, TPG charge me twice.
Till now, they deducted $30 from my cc.

Just got charged $10 four times today (aug 2020)

I dunno what sort of **** they are on....

Wondering if this invoicing mess is affecting mostly the group who signed up from their free trial service.

Anyone signed up like after Jun got this invoicing mess?

Maybe should port out ASAP to avoid continuous charging to the credit card?

Just to add on.

I sign up the 50GB $10 plan the moment TPG announce.

Every month TPG has been deducting $10 from my credit card. But in their TPG portal nothing is showing up and no email notification about payment deducted.

So in late JUL somebody at TPG decided to turn on the invoice function and spam me with multiple $10 payment for TPG but check on my CC so far okey no duplicate payment.

Wrote to TPG as usual no email reply. Worst than MVNO telco support.

I have been trying to login my account but unable to. Line is still working but i seldom use it now.

I have 3 TPG free trial lines and opted to continue with just 1 line but that account is still on DASH credit card for payment. After reading all the issues with the multiple charges, I always leave < $10 in my DASH. And occasionally I receive message from DASH to say there is insufficient fund, I guess it is TPG trying to charge to my DASH. But I don’t receive any sms from TPG to say that they are unable to bill me.

I signed up the TPG senior line under my parent’s name. But now thinking if I should collect the SIM given that its billing system is such a mess.

nowaday too many desperate ppl

I chose to pay cash so did not give TPG any credit card details when I signed up the senior plan.
