Login into your account in the web, under Gears/PUK Tools...there are some numbers may help.

I've no experience what these numbers are for. Google may help to explain.

Anyone on seniors plans not getting 5G? My mom's phone (A53, so 5G capable) does not receive 5G, so I was wondering if it was excluded for senior plans.

Just checked the web site, the Critical Information Summary for the Seniors plan does specify 4G speeds for seniors.

Yes I know. You're not answering the question. The question is specific to 5G on the Seniors Plans, since their own CIS states it's 4G speeds.

If their seniors plans do not receive 5G, then their marketing is false ("All our plans are on 5G")

My partner when in Zhuhai was on 5G Roaming with China Unicorn but locally I've not checked her phone ...at home she's on WiFi.

My phone doesn't have 5G feature - old phone.

How to get it unlocked?

login into SIMBA website -> Account -> Option -> Select a Mobile Service to manage: -> "your mobile number",
once you click on it, you will see PUK Tools, If you really not able to unlock, then ultimately have to call SIMBA for solution

Just ensure the phone supports 5G and 5G NSA is toggled on.

Yep, Phone is supported (as pointed out, on the official list). Yes, NSA turned on.

IMHO.
Simba website have a lot of indications that all plans comes with 5G.
Simba's 5G is not extensive yet. So, one location or many locations also no 5G ?

Then probably the area where the phone's at may not have a strong 5G coverage.
