I notice some apps take quite a while to load.
I mentioned many pages back. I used to encounter this issue, and I contacted simba for resolutions.

They advised me to reset the APN.

First, delete the APN, and re-set up APN, name: TPG.

After I did that, everything went well, apps loads instantly.

Hi all,

1. I recently notice i can no longer call my Simba lines (I have 2 lines) from my home ViewQwest Voice (VOIP) line.
2. I contacted ViewQwest (who was very helpful and prompt), and they confirmed that the call went out but is BLOCKED by Simba. - I had no issue a few months ago so I don't know how this happened.
3. I called SIMBA hotline, machine told me that line only support Senior Plan and directed me to file inquiry online. Which i did.
4. I did not get a response from them, today 3rd day since email sent. So I enquire through their facebook chat.
6. They responded say: "Hi XXXX! Please note that VoIP is presently unavailable for all SIMBA plans"
5. My daughter fedback she can't get through my mobile from school general office line. The clinic I went to also told me they can't get me through my mobile.

I do not recall there is any form of announcement on this abrupt change and would like to know if anyone else is having the same problem ?

iphone 12 should be able to use simba normally for making normal calls just that can’t receive sms when overseas right? Thanks

Hi everyone, my m1 contract will end nxt month. Tot of porting over to $10/100gb simba plan. What your thoughts?

Just ported my number to Simba on 23rd Jan and regret it big time. Reception is so bad at my office and its dead zone on another side. This is Marina One East Tower.

I did not know that they do not have hotline for customer to call in case for any emergency technical support. The only way to reach them is via email, useless automated Chatbot, FB/IG messager and good luck waiting for reply. If its not because there is $30 dollar penalty porting out within 30 days from activation date, I already ported out.

I would advise to get a new number from Simba to try out if you want. Never port your main number over until you are satisfied with it.

i did that, i broke my m1 contract on the 23rd month and port earlier, the ETC is cheaper than paying the month bill. The reason, m1 network is getting bad, even open air areas, network data not moving. Simba is better for now. More value for money too

Ya reception not good at Marina One. Sometimes the carrier change to smartfren (Indonesia). Disable data roaming, select network manually. Toggling flight mode helps sometimes.

Problem is not only with SIMBA, that entire building has issues with connectivity no matter which telco you are with, the higher up you are up at.
Problematic place to work at. :ROFLMAO:

I have no coverage issue with my previous telco at my level. It’s only couple of levels above from lobby. Hand itchy and changed… now taiji liao liao :(

When overseas, please download Simba voice app. Use the simba voice app to call out or receive calls. Sms can be received
if have volte overseas, dont need. when you dial will have option whether you are trying to call sg or that country number. and can receive call from sg normally

Revert back after 2 months then. At least you tried. hahahahah
I was on the higher ones so it was pretty bad. Certain parts of office and lift lobby no reception till back down. 🙃

yeah, will get something else with esim support temporary for 2 months. Cant seem to be able to turn on call forwarding on Simba.o_O

that is what i did, untill i'm satisfied than i port my main number. Do you have wifi in your office? If so, try using vowifi for calling in the meantime.
