You cannot port out on your first month, you can only port out on the 1st 25 days of your second cycle . if you dont, the line will be in suspended state which prevent you porting out.

Hi gurus, any idea how I can enable VOLTE calls on honor x7a?

My aunt was previously on Singtel Prepaid for honor X7a, now switched to Simba but calls in and out not working.

Confirmed is VOLTE problem as when I tried my Giga sim card incoming and outgoing calls are fine.



1. There is no enable VOLTE calls option under Settings > Mobile network > Mobile Data.



2. Tried dialling *#*#4636#*#* but kicked me back to dialer.

For honor phones, it seems that volte will show with latest updated Magic OS.
That's what we all got in our honor magic 5 pro phones. Without the update, it wasn't showing volte. Hope it helps. Cheers and wishing everyone a very Happy Chinese New Year filled with great wealth, health and joy.

I am in Japan now and with the 10GB roaming plan active, my speed is completely throttled after using only less than 4GB. Network shows 4G+ but the speed is horribly slow which suggests it's some network management on the back end. Anyone faced the same problem roaming with SIMBA?

Was in China for past 2 weeks and used >4GB without any throttling from my side

IMHO.
Just create a support ticket - if not, no reported issue.

I am on simba business plan ($8 per month) which is nephew using.

I top up $10 for the past two months. This time top up $5.

then go check on app and found balance $6.70. Why would there be odd charge like $0.3 or $1.3. Also hard to keep track of wallet status

Should be either over run on the packaged items such as data, calls etc. Then deducted per min or per mb or using overseas call back to SG.
