Hi all, for the NDP promo top up $20 with $5 bonus, do you know if there is a limit to get the $5 bonus for the same mobile number?

For example, I top up 2 x $20 to my mobile number, so will I receive $10 bonus for the 2x top up or just $5 bonus cos the bonus is entitled to 1 mobile number?

Every $20 block top up will get $5..

So if you gonna stay long you can one shot do $100 top up and get bonus $5 x 5 blocks of $20.

Wondering if anyone has had a similar situation as me.

Using Simba esim on iphone 14 pro max for about 4-5 months now. I noticed first that Simba did not have a carrier name written on the top of the sim settings page(currently shows Orange France as shown in the pic) And also usually i am able edit the my number field manually but i wasnt allowed to edit it at all( the number shows up correct automatically but it is unusual)

Then i went on a trip 3 months ago where (it didnt work 80% of the time) i saw Orange France show up in the same place where it was blank before. (I do know that Simba uses orange france for routing ) Now the issue is it still shows Orange France even after 3 months and I did re add apn restart multiple times but doesnt seem to change itself. Even on nperf app the carrier shows up as unknown.

Now this hasnt costed any connection issues in sg but i am left wondering if this had to do with the connection issues i was facing in my previous trip. Or this is just a simple esim problem.

I delete the eSIM and then add it back.

The last time when I have this issue, I went down to the store and request for a new eSim. Seems like this is a common problem for eSIM thus they did not charge me for a new eSIM QR.

It happened on 2 of my card so one I change to a physical simcard and another one still keep it as eSIM.

local like you said will not have any issue. But during overseas data have problem connecting.

So I top same no 5x @$20, I can get $25 ah. :D
From past experience of topping up multiple blocks of $20, I get the bonus $5 every $20.

So this time round from my understanding of the sms sent by simba, yes every $20 gets you $5 bonus... I myself have topped up one shot $80, should be getting $20 bonus.
