I understand that once changed, the remaining days for current plan will be forfeited. I m certainly aiming to minimise any forfeit. I read we should change by 25th day but they have already deducted $10 for renewal on 12th when my renewal is 17th. Can I still change now or can't since the deduction for renewal was already made?![]()

You need to time it before the deduction, which is the 12th of the month+/- for deduction.

Indeed, Unlike the big providers where the renewal period doesn't change. last year aug, my deduction was done on 18 renewal date 22 aug. 1 year later, deduction on 12 renewal date 17. I recalled signing up towards month end when I started. So they eat few days a year. Also, the data these days seem less stable so we also hesitant to top up a lot on the recent promo.. does anyone have similar experience?

another effective way is to log in the change of plan website. they will state which day you are in for ur current cycle. note the 25th day and create a calendar reminderThanks! I received email from them that my account terminated last night at 11PM, and my new telco suppose to activate my eSim at 2 am. However my line still not active and simba line has been deactivated.
Checked with my new provider, they mentioned that Simba has not released the number yet, so they cant activate my number. Anyone experienced this before?
