Did not response to their email and sms.
It got canceled.

Another line which responds their email to cancel it. Still using until now.

yup, long ago when they first will end the trial, i already predicted that they will not terminate the trial users given the options they given.

that time there were still people here disagreed with this.

i can be certain, the trial can still be continued to use. just dun do anything no matter what notification they give.

It looks to me they are trying to sort out all these manually.

Since it was free while it last, I have no issue.

Their $10/50GB matched only by Circles Life $18 for 100GB which itself is an one time promo.

Those on Dual SIM phone with Singtel $20/30GB and TPG $10/50GB has the best of both world with >2.5GB/$1

Even CL CIS$18/50GB with TPG $10/50GB is a great deal with almost 3GB/$1

Or go with $10 MR and TPG,

Have been using TPG for a while, everytime make me feel like back to the old days whenever take mrt passing thru the tunnel, totally cutoff from the internet, :s13:.

MayI know anyone knows the TPG recharge balance can be refunded if I terminate my line? 23 oct done a recharge thru credit card til now the line only can do incoming and sms. No data. Thanks

Since it is sort of a prepaid balance, it is non-refundable.

Because they say the credit card payment not posted yet, is really a hassle. Data will only resume when they receive payment. Already 10 days still no news I also dont understand why not instantly update like prepaid line top-up. If wait for them to update manually then will take a month cycle.

My TPG trial SIM card was finally terminated yesterday. It had served me well for the past 1.5 years. Now I still have the paid TPG SIM card.

I experienced the same problem. Wrote to imda. I showed my one month old top up (multiple top ups, actually). Bank statement showed that payment already deducted, but nothing from tpg.

Don't make life so difficult for ourselves.
If so much problems then just quit TPG.
Saving a few bucks for $10 plan not worth it waste time for us.

same as well, but btw for those user have not request for cancel still can use?

If so much problems then just quit TPG.

Is not so simple. Some of them have been charged a couple of times; i.e., $10 X 2-3-4 times and gotten NOTHING from the telco.

IMHO, whatever issues, telco should respond within a reasonable time.

Yes, agreed.

But how does terminating one's own line after paying $10x Y number of times and gotten nothing out of it help the speed of response?? :o

Credit card payment is instant. If they cannot receive it instantly, meaning they live in the 1990s.

Screen shot the details of card payment date, TPG system yet to update the $$$ after 10 days, make police report on fraud, call bank card to initial charge back for fraud, call IMDA for fraud.

I topped up 50, 30... thought it didnt go through. As TPG showed nothing. But a few days later, my credit card was charged
