i think you can change many times, but i think it's only once per month. It not logical to change many times within a month. Remember if you change, all your benefits for the old plan will cease immediately.

Many has shared previously, they did upgrade and downgrade their plan before. It works if you are going for long holiday to upgrade your plan, then come back downgrade back to normal plan.

Nope, you can change eveeryday if you want but remember all your old benefits cannot be carry over to new plan. you forfeit everything. And you have to pay for the new plan..

Checking if using iphone (14promax) suitable to use simba? Got problem?... jus normal calling, whatapps, youtube, surf web, music normal usage... if little drop connection for sgd10 we are ok... I thought of asking my sister (m1) to change for the cheaper price...

If Simba network is good enough for you , just use Simba voice app to call Singapore

may i know how to make the simba IDD calls. i downloaded the simba voice but i cant use the free 300 mins IDD , so i bought a super pack IDD for 5 dollars but still i couldnt use it in simba voice

hi there, i only use the simba for only a month, i have a problem using the free IDD calls and i even bought the IDD super pack but i cant use it in simba voice, it keeps saying insufficient fund.please help me coz i need to make international call

Just use the ur phone's dialer. +<ctry code><phone #>.

The "+" must be there.

When I last checked with SIMBA when I was at their office and on FB, no limit to changes since payment need to be made for every change.
So to SIMBA, there is nothing to lose when allowing unlimited changes since user have to pay for each change.

Did u try using the phone to dial instead of using the simba app?

also, send an sms to 1218, and 2, to check ur acct entitlement.

Which country are you calling? Likely not in the listed free idd list.

Not sure if anyone else noticed, but the recent plan upgrade is actually just a promotional bonus. Can see from their website. Looks like once competitors are KO-ed it might be removed

thier promo usually stays...Anyway just enjoy the extra ..you might not be using simba after few months..

All the CIS dated Sep'24 did not shown the increased GB.

It is exclusively for the old Senior Plan, that is, if 20GB is used up, it is still operating at unlimited data of 2Mbps speed.

no. should be 512kbps. not 2Mbps.
