Hi I'd just wanted to confirm that for roaming data, after the free bundle of roaming data is used up we can only top up the Simba account balance and be charged $x / GB on per 10 mb basis? Can I buy a bundle of say 10 GB for cheaper than per GB as mentioned above? Thank you.

I submitted an enquiry at simba support page. After that the page seem to refresh for spilt second then that it, still display the same things nothing changed. Checked no new email from simba.

Is it normal? What is supposed to happen after clicked on the submit button?

As you had anticipated, you should receive an email notifying you they acknowledge and issue you the ticket no.

They should have sent an email for acknowledgement. Then wait for them to ask u for more data. It can take a while.

What web browser are supported, i am using edge. Maybe will try another browser.

Tried another browser and the support page new enquiry submit button working, received the simba auto response email.

Strange. Signed up simba account using edge browser did not encountered problem, but support page not compatible.
