i have problem with porting in to simba. did not find the email with the qr code for esim. emailing their support but the support has no answer beside asking me to check my junk email. any other way to reach their customer support, such as live chat? i need them to reissue the email with the qr code. i can see from account management on simba website that the plan is active.

At S$199 for a 5G SIM eSIM mSD NFC phone is really not bad. Dimensity 700 is older chipset and 720p resolution is not great but functional.

At least this comes with 2 OS upgrade. Better than this S$899 "No Honor" phone which publish 6 years of androids updates but suddenly wipe clean clean.
