I do not have this option shown on my phone despite keying in the APN: TPG

It's within the iPhone settings itself.
Not under the Mobile Data network which contains the APN settings.

It's under the Mobile data options. The second line item from the top. Where the roaming options are too.

TPG should implement VoWi-Fi. So to a certain extent signal issues for calls can be sorted.

VoWIFI is a phone feature? I am using it with tpg sim card and connected via wifi.

they alry have the tpg call APP which can use WIFI to call out and receive call..and voWIFI not every phone have this feature.

I have Mi 10 Ultra and I had enabled VoWifi on my phone, I just ported to TPG $10 plan yesterday. Let me test if VoWifi works. Will update over here. Now on VoLTE, Working fine. I m getting around 150MBps download speed as per Speedtest

Moved from Giga to TPG. Signal and Data speed is good at my unit. When tested on speedtest, I got 140 Mbps download speed.

Vowifi is phone dependent. My tpg sim on Samsung phone works with vowifi.

Email them, tell them to terminate on the last day of your billing cycle so that there'll be no charge anymore?

Check your payment history (i.e. your debit/credit card payment dates) to TPG.

TPG collects payment from you every 30 days -- and will deduct your debit/credit card 5 days before start of next 30 days cycle.

If your next 30 days cycle starts on 25th June -- then next payment to TPG (for cycle starting 25th) -- should be on 20th June.

To avoid TPG collecting payment from you on 20th June -- you need to successfully complete port-out or terminate by 19th June.

meaning I cannot fully utilise the last few days for the month?

Can i port prepaid card from SingTel, m1 and starhub over to tpg $10 plan? Retaining the old number?

I cancelled my line june last year but TPG continued to charge me for July and Aug.

Today TPG refunded me $20.

Late, but much much better than never.

I asked for refund in july last year after I found they charged my credit card.

The tpg signal in circle line(underground) seems ok nao.Full 4-5 bar.

Thanks. Ur method actually work.

Seek advice from tpg Facebook and was instructed to email them with all the necessary info. They replied within the day with recieving my instructions.
