How to renew? I login to my tpg account on mobile. Got nothing on renewal. Anyone successfully renewed? Or must wait for them again?

Once login, click the gear icon on your bottom left. It will bring to mobile management. Click the phone number. Choose the 4th tab (plan renew)

Unfortunately, number porting is available for new sign ups only.

Sign up new TPG line, request port in. Cancel the trial line also.

Cancel old trial line very wasted.
Sign up new line. Need to submit ic and proof of letter house address. Very trouble some need to start all Over again. Go new place. Collect new Sim card since new line. Also need to Register new tpg email log-in account .

Since I already got trial phone line, I already got extisting tgp trial Sim card and I already do all this step 1 year ago.I just want to continue this trial line and use back old m1 number to port in. So Hassle free. I cannot find the option to renew and port in at the same time now...

No option to port in and renew at the same time is like very big company mistake. Not flexible at all this company.

50gb $10 sure can since they are also supporting low income family student with tplink as home broadband during this ** period.

I believe can only hotspot through mifi device ...... or maybe only certain handphone are able to?

50gb $10 sure can since they are also supporting low income family student with tplink as home broadband during this ** period.

I’m still on the trial plan and I just tried hotspot yesterday. It’s works ahhh

I'm able to hotspot with iPhone 6 Plus and 7 Plus, with trial plan...

Both trial sim and $10 sim can hotspot. Am using just a normal cheap cheap Android phone ...

The Trial and 50GB $10 plan all confirm can hotspot.

Trial Sim - Hotspot via phone full speed. Via 4G router/mifi may get super slow speed.


50GB plan - Full spend hotspot on phone/mifi.


If you using Iphone remember to configure "Personal hotspot" APN as TPG. So far only iphone need to configure a hotspot APN.

I'm on the $10 plan second month. No issue hotspot.

Guess most likely configuration issue.
