I am certain that there will be people who did not select any of the two options - terminate after 30 May or renew as $10 plan.
From FAQ, there is no clear mention of what will happen if one does not opt for any of these two options after 30 May.
Since there is no clear mentioning of this in black and white, technically they cannot (or should say they will not) just simply perform any of these two options for one as it will ended up in two bad situations: 1) terminate -> one may jump especially if he is really using the number 2) renew -> unwanted charge to one even the amount is not significant.
As a new telco which is trying to establish their branding in lion city, they dun think they will go for either way, so to allow status quo to those who did not opt for any of the two options will be easiest way out to them unless they officially issue a warning beforehand to those who really do not take any action.

Minimum Term
TPG Mobile Services are supplied on a rolling month to month basis.
Customers are permitted to terminate the acquisition of the Service at any
time, but you will forfeit any payments already made. TPG encourages
the active use of our SIMs. If TPG notices that there is no data usage
for a continuous 60 days period, TPG
reserves the right to
terminate the contract and recover your allotted number.
4. My free service trial plan will be expiring soon. What do I have to do & will I be charged if I want to terminate the plan?
You may continue to use the service until the end of the trial period, thereafter, your TPG services will be automatically cancelled without any additional charges.
