does anyone know when the $10 tpg plan's monthly data resets? 1st day of calendar month? Because my connection just stopped yesterday. Totally cannot receive anything all of a sudden.

Feels the same to me... trial, $10, and a relative's $5 lines.

Should reset after the end of your billing's 30-day period...

Mine is on the 14th day. You can check your TPG account. They will state the renewal date.

If you don't plan to use on MRT ride (underground) than you can choose TPG.


Else you go Circles life at least u have network on mrt side (underground).

How's TPG's network??? Just got Circles' data only plan to try out - 50GB for $20! I'd rather pay extra $10 for better network. Have been hearing some bad review on TPG network

Circle worst in my opinion. Peak hour got signal but sometimes you need cannot surf at all especially those time you need. TPG at least you know the locations where you cannot surf and can avoid.

Someone mentioned another GIRO bank account number was shown as paying for his subscription? Perhaps this is what is happening - our payment details are all randomly being used to pay for other people's accounts...

Turns out that this might be true - they will refund $10 to my credit card after emailing me to ask if I recognize someone else's name - which I'm assuming is another TPG subscriber.

Good thing I haven't canceled my card - hope TPG sorts out their billing system soon.

Say u lost the card and request for a new card. It'll come with new cc number.

Billing issue is the 1st think you must prevent before going live.
