Anyone knows how to check if my phone is compatible with the TPG's network. I am using Vivo 1920. I cannot find this model on TPG's list, However, they may not have tested all the phones in the market. If there is a way to find out, I would like to find it out myself. Thanks.

I suspect you have the same phone I was holding. I couldn't find the way to activate volte on mine. You can follow this steps if yours can. Actualy even if mobile phones do not have volte function, can still use TPG line but have to use their voice app instead. But of course ideally if the phone has volte function, then things are easier.

Vivo 1920 is the model number, the actual model name is Vivo S1 Pro?

Vivo S1 Pro is listed as supported.

I bought it last year, and the box was thrown away long time ago. When I check the phone info, that is the number that I get. And I believe that you must be right, because when I search the net for this number, gsmarena responded with S1 pro. Thanks.

My current TPG is 50GB, subscribe since years ago when they gave foc. The new plan is 100GB based on same pricing. Any ideal how to upgrade from 50GB to 100GB. I search TPG website and no mention on this.

The 50GB/mth extra was alr in your data bundle since April 2021. Free add-on for all TPG 50GB/80GB customers.

The promo may end in March 2022, likely to be extended yet again. (They extended multiple times already)

Dear all,

Previously I had changed my redmi note 3 call via VoLte/wifi setting. Today I just discover my phone can only call via wifi ...... But I can't remember the phone setting & procedure to change back to Volte call setting.

Any kind soul can help me?? please ..... Thanks.
