i seen other ppl's post tpg speed test *FB etc ... varies from 40-70 mbps.. depends on the location... i dont it is 1-4mbps which is not even 4g speed nor enough for youtube videos
yes, 1-4mbps was my lowest at woodlands circle, my best was 40-50mbps. but my other M1 line is constantly 140-150mbps or more, of course they are priced differently. my take is tpg is good for non-essential service partly also there is basically no prompt support means to address any issues you might faced. the best support is to send an email and wait for reply next day, and its going to take a few more days with one email reply a day .. these are all ok if its not important and if u are not getting a singpass OTP or something like this, its not a great experience; which i recently experienced. using it as data for my car head unit is ok, in fact its better than ok!

Hi. Does anybody had issue with TPG not being able to call out or receive call after a phone system upgrade?

My dad's Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 did a MIUI update yesterday and he hasn't been able to call out or receive call since then. However his mobile data and SMS still work.

I tried the *#*#86583#*#* to disable the carrier check setting. I even tried adding IMS APN. All these steps simply do not work.

I have just email TPG and FB message them and I hope they reply soon.

Have been using it for a week. Speed isn't up there yet however, the coverage is much better than a year ago. It's far from perfect but daily usage should not be a problem. MRT coverage is so much better now.

Can write in to check if your set is compatible or not. Under TPG FAQ:

As we begin this 5G NSA Market Trial, we have verified an initial pool of 5G smartphones which are compatible with TPG’s 5G NSA network. Those handsets are the Vivo - Y72, Vivo X70 Pro (V2105), Vivo Y76 5G (V2124), Vivo V23 5G (V2130) and Huawei Mate 40 Pro 5G. We are continuing to work with other handset manufacturers including Apple and Samsung to onboard their 5G devices to our network but much depends on the cooperation with these device manufacturers.

Nope. And you better check the t&c. Last time I ported out 1 week prior to bill date and was charged for the next month's bill. I protested and TPG said the t&c stated need to do it dunno how many days prior, like 10 days?

so better go check their t&c first.
