This is the issue that I mentioned previously, quite repeatable when coming out from the lift or at CCL towards Botanic gardens.... either one Telco went off it will affecting the other one....my Sim 1 is TPG, SIM 2 is Vivifi...

Not sure if getting the new TPG SIM card will get rid of it🤷🤔
I had issues with iPhone 13PM (HK physical duo sim) when using with 2 sim cards inside.
Did encountered lost signals for both line or even when showing signal, no data connections. For Android phones, also did encountered similar issues. But for iPhone 13PM, even when everything seem good, certain app (example Xiaomi MiHome App) cannot use the data when Singtel is the main data and TPG in 2nd sim slot. The issue will be gone ONLY when I select TPG as the data source. Really had no idea why using 2 sims together will encountered all these issues with iPhone and Android phones.

Yes, it was Vodafone.
Btw, TPG and Vodafone are related (merged?).
Tpg Singapore doesn't belong to TPG Australia, that's why sg changed name to Simba

Now TPG Singapore belongs to Tuas Pte Ltd

Inside Lift of course weak or no signal, even my HDB lift at yuhua no Singtel signal.

I guess is your phone doesn't auto connect back after no signal inside lift

just ported my work line back to TPG. hopefully they improve since I was last on TPG. I like their masking of your numbers "Private Number" when you call out. It's good when you need to call someone who you don't want them to know your number. Private number is free, unlike the M1/SH/ST which charges for private number

Hey guys. Just port over to TPG.

Just wanna share my experience.

11pm network down.

1230am network up. But got problem connecting to TPG network.

after some reset of phone here and there, got network from 1am. But got problem accessing internet.

tried to update my APN to TPG SINGAPORE and TPG but didn’t work. So I leave blank again.

then restart phone and input TPG for APN. Then around 115am it worked. Weird…

iMessage deactivation is because you never activate iMessage on your SIMBA line. By default Apple will remove since it's tied to the previous "number" and SIM card.

port in should happens after 11pm till mide morning .. you should not try to connect so early since the Port in process in still in progress. Usually 4-5 am it should be fine .. Reboot the phone is ideal.

Thanks. I removed iMessage and reactivate it. Works fine now.

Hi, does the senior plan also comes with extra 2gb of roaming data? Coz the app only shows 1gb of roaming data.

Check account using website, it will show the extra-Promo 2GB for Malaysia, Thailand & Indonesia. We use this card in Malaysia and reception was OK most of the time.

Thinking of porting over to TPG. How's the average network speed/connection like? Also, anyone can share their experience on the current coverage around NSL (towards Marina Bay) and city area? Thanks!
