If I have money in my account balance. Will it automatically deduct my next 30daya subscription from it ? OR account balance is only for excess usage ?

May 2020? Audit would've cleared that already for FY2020/21. Possibly even for FY2021/22 (ending in March 2022, which is over).

Don't think they will revisit unless you raise it to higher awareness - like if the newspapers pick it up and publish it. You could write to the ST Forum to try and force them to.

If at least the same amount as the monthly subscription, deduct from account balance. Else, charge through credit card.
If no credit card, service renewal fails and get ready to cancel service automatically if never renew soon.

what is the issue? my Simba apps shows my account balance is $0.

do I need to activate the account or anything?

Did u try checking your balance through SIMBA My Account? (simba.sg -> My Account)

Quit the app and run the app to check again. The app is pretty rudimentary and it does not auto refresh.

checked already. reinstall and verify with OTP. still the same.

account balance is $0. the first time was topped up from the website, and the 2nd time was topped up from within the apps.

weird. received both SMS.

Did you try checking on the web portal?

FWIW, I don't bother with the app. It's hopeless.

Went to melaka. WhatsApp can used but surfing failed. Pages failed to load . APN set as TPG. I am guessing their agreement with free roaming partner might be throttled data. ..

It might be Celcom's problem.
Or at least did u try to airplane mode? It might be connection issue.

I didn't have any issues with anything when in JB.

seems like connection issue in malaysia recently like my friend had ... someone suggested to set manual network to cellcom

What do you mean by "300 min IDD to selected countries"?

Does Malaysia included in this selected countries?
