May 2020? Audit would've cleared that already for FY2020/21. Possibly even for FY2021/22 (ending in March 2022, which is over).someone is going to get into trouble with audit

If at least the same amount as the monthly subscription, deduct from account balance. Else, charge through credit card.If I have money in my account balance. Will it automatically deduct my next 30daya subscription from it ? OR account balance is only for excess usage ?

Did u try checking your balance through SIMBA My Account? (simba.sg -> My Account)I topped up $10 twice today, but it's not reflected in the account balance. I received the sms informing me on my balance and the 2nd sms indicate I have $20 in my account.

Did you try checking on the web portal?checked already. reinstall and verify with OTP. still the same.
account balance is $0. the first time was topped up from the website, and the 2nd time was topped up from within the apps.

FWIW, I don't bother with the app. It's hopeless.
It might be Celcom's problem.Went to melaka. WhatsApp can used but surfing failed. Pages failed to load . APN set as TPG. I am guessing their agreement with free roaming partner might be throttled data. ..

I can confirm this works as I've just tried it in Batam.Make sure ur APN is set to TPG and not internet
