Anyone know if the top up can be transfer to another SIMBA account? I topped up during the recent promo on my new line but now I wanna port my main line over, wonder if I can transfer the topup to my “new” line or within my own account.

Not allowed. It's clearly stated in TnC.

Can check and confirm if the MY130 plan

130gb + 10gb Malaysia Data bundle is for every 30 days or for a total 90 days?

Since this plan specially billed $30 / $39 per 90 days.. So I am curious if the bundled data is for 30 days or 90 days..
Yes metoo.
Just activated MY130 on 15'Sep.
However the SMS stated 'Current Cycle Expiry = 15102022.'
Means need to renew monthly?

It was stated in SIMBA website to be
- Billed $39 every 90 days, after initial $30 for 90 days
- Plan Bundle resets every 30 days

So the current cycle expiry refers to the plan bundle.

Thanks.
So the data reset back to 130gb monthly. 👍🏾
I thought is 130gb for 90 days.

Another data point. My line was just renewed for the next month. The $10 was subtracted from my wallet, not my linked credit card.

One thing to also note is that the deduction takes place roughly 4 days before the renewal. So, if top up only the day before the renewal, it's too late liao, simba would already have deducted from your credit card.

What happens if your wallet < your line subscription? Any partial deductions from wallet followed by CC? Thanks

Just to check if say my current Singtel contract ends on 25 Sep and I want to port in my number, is it too early to sign up now or I have to wait until after 25 Sep to sign up in order not to incur any early termination fees to Singtel?

It is better to sign up on / or after 25 Sep to not incur penalty charges. If let's say 26 Sep, it will be a new billing cycle, Singtel will likely charge you an additional month, but I'm sure they will refund you the remaining days under the billing cycle.

Take note also, the porting process takes 1-3 working days. I've personally seen mine took 24H, some people took 2 days.

Mvno does not refund. I still got credit with zero1 when I switch telco long time ago. Recently subscribe to them for spare line and surprised that my credits are still valid.
