stupid me… missed out one apn
No eSIM. Only M1 and some of M1 MVNOs have.Does simba have esim? Want to use it as secondary line to go Malaysia and other countries.
Not allowed. It's clearly stated in TnC.Anyone know if the top up can be transfer to another SIMBA account? I topped up during the recent promo on my new line but now I wanna port my main line over, wonder if I can transfer the topup to my “new” line or within my own account.
Yes metoo. Can check and confirm if the MY130 plan
130gb + 10gb Malaysia Data bundle is for every 30 days or for a total 90 days?
Since this plan specially billed $30 / $39 per 90 days.. So I am curious if the bundled data is for 30 days or 90 days..
It was stated in SIMBA website to beYes metoo.
Just activated MY130 on 15'Sep.
However the SMS stated 'Current Cycle Expiry = 15102022.'
Means need to renew monthly?
Thanks. It was stated in SIMBA website to be
- Billed $39 every 90 days, after initial $30 for 90 days
- Plan Bundle resets every 30 days
So the current cycle expiry refers to the plan bundle.
What happens if your wallet < your line subscription? Any partial deductions from wallet followed by CC? ThanksAnother data point. My line was just renewed for the next month. The $10 was subtracted from my wallet, not my linked credit card.
One thing to also note is that the deduction takes place roughly 4 days before the renewal. So, if top up only the day before the renewal, it's too late liao, simba would already have deducted from your credit card.
ya...they very cunning, if you wanna switch to another telco, you will lose maybe 1/2 month to 1 month subscription..Another data point. My line was just renewed for the next month. The $10 was subtracted from my wallet, not my linked credit card.

From my observation as of now, no. Last time use to be able to.What happens if your wallet < your line subscription? Any partial deductions from wallet followed by CC? Thanks
last time I switched from redone, myrepublic, vivifi also no refund 1-2 wks of subscriptionya...they very cunning, if you wanna switch to another telco, you will lose maybe 1/2 month to 1 month subscription..
It is better to sign up on / or after 25 Sep to not incur penalty charges. If let's say 26 Sep, it will be a new billing cycle, Singtel will likely charge you an additional month, but I'm sure they will refund you the remaining days under the billing cycle.Just to check if say my current Singtel contract ends on 25 Sep and I want to port in my number, is it too early to sign up now or I have to wait until after 25 Sep to sign up in order not to incur any early termination fees to Singtel?

No change of plans allowed on SIMBA Telecom for now.
