The phone will enable the hide caller id feature.

A friend with SIMBA calls non SIMBA...

..tried *31#xxxxxxx and press dial got response "Call is restricted" . She also tried with #31#xxxxxxx, same.

This *31# only works if you are using VoLTE enabled phone using native Phone feature.

If you are using the Simba Voice App, there is a setting inside the Simba Voice app to hide your number.

If you are using the Simba Voice App, there is a setting inside the Simba Voice app to hide your number.

She did the Setting within the app & receiver showed private

Why do u want to hide ur numbers from known contacts?

i sometimes call out to talk about things but they need to route back to emails and desk number, I don't want to be picking up calls at 8pm to 1am, some people just don't get it

I have problem in call in(nobody able to call me) but I able to call out.

Currently, SIMBA 4G Voice App can only be used in 7 destinations: Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Philippines, India, Japan, Taiwan.

This is not true, I used it in NZ and it's working .

Yup, I did it at their Orchard Central svc centre for a $5 fee + scan QR and can use it almost immediately.

You can enjoy FREE unlimited outgoing calls to Singapore Mobile numbers, FREE incoming calls and FREE incoming SMS with the SIMBA voice app in all 124 destinations.
Please add +65 if you are making calls to Singapore while roaming.

I subscribed to SIMBA using esim, but having a problem that is not able to make voice calls to any number. The esim is activated using QR code on my iPhone XR which supports voLTE and added APN TPG to mobile data settings. Can anyone help?
