SIMBA Telecoms, a Singaporean telecommunications company, is increasing its bandwidth to enhance the user experience. Notably, in the Toh Guan East area, a signal for Band 38 (TDD) has been detected. Network Cell Info Lite identified it as Band 38 (TDD).

The EARFCN of this signal is 37800, and it operates on a frequency of 2575 MHz with a bandwidth of 10 MHz. It currently functions as an anchor frequency with n1 for 5G NSA, but it is uncertain if it can be paired with other bands, such as b40, b1, and b8, for carrier aggregation.

As of now, the signal appears to function exclusively as Band 38 with only 10 MHz allocated with no carrier aggreation with other bands.

Band 38 is a subset of Band 41.

Read esim FAQ - to transfer esim to another device , need physically go down to SIMBA store get another QR code to scan then can. Pay $5.

just sharing. Not sure how it’s done at circles life.

so is SIMBA decent enough? 1gb roaming is biggest selling point.

orjerwise is redone liao for malaysia roaming only

May i ask something.

I just sign up for simba plan and under esim , den notice my phone cannot do the esim ( yes i see wrong model )

can i just go to their official shop to ask for a sim card with regards to this? they help or faq doesnt seems to be helpful.

U need to go to their service centre and change. Only 2 places in SG.

I guess that using a physical sim is more practical since most phones have 2 sim card slots.

maybe simba charge u $5 for the sim card. let say from sim card to esim charge $5 & from esim to sim card also charge $5
