If you want to deduct from your CC automatically every month. Just enter your CC detail via the simba webby login.

It is GIRO but with CC then. With that, no need to worry about top up.

I do that and also I put a $5 in my Account Balance for future per pay use in overseas if I used up my bundled 1GB Roaming data.
Noted with thanks. Last qn, can do via app or must do on desktop? So far, signal on EW line from end to end is not too bad.

Just noticed and wondering about something about billing.

They charged $10 when I made the port-in application. I went into the account and noticed there's a "next billing 2 June".

How does this work, since it's supposedly $10/mth line? :s11:

This one. Difficult to explain and don't want to repeat here again and again here. You go read the faq related to billing.

Hi, anybody has used Simba for data roaming while traveling in US? Planning a trip to Texas and considering getting Simba as 2nd line for data roaming. Thanks for the info.

Okay Okay. Let me explain ..

Since both my ZYM plans don't entitle 5G and 3rd month free. So, no point for me to stay with ZYM.

Since, also, I had tokenized my 2x viu vouchers. That would offset the 2-month minimum cycles stayed penalty.

So, I decided to port over 1x ZYM to SIMBA as my new primary mobile number yesterday. The other ZYM sim still stayed with ZYM.

Number starting with 8040 was a selection from ZYM few days ago:

Also, there are some sorts of "feel good" and "feel more authentic" factors that I'm using a direct telco line and service rather than using a subcontractor (MVNO) line and service. :giggle: 🤭

Remind me what is SIMBA Voice App good for again? When I am dialing a local line overseas? If I use the native app it will be IDD??
I Just came back from Europe holiday, using SIMBA for data roaming.

SIMBA voice app is crucial for phone calls. Not all countries support Volte for SIMBA roaming. Even if you can call directly using your native phone app in Singapore, it doesn't mean you can do it overseas.

Based on my experience last week in Belgium, I have to use SIMBA voice app to call back Singapore as their roaming partner still has yet to active volte.

Some countries like Finland supports volte on Elisa network. I've personally see it on my phone.

5G roaming also supported too in many countries.

One point to ask.

You mean as long as the roaming partner there supports volte. I can use our normal phone dealer to call back Singapore foc? 🤔

yes. Even if the roaming partner does not support Volte. Just download the Simba voice app and call back Singapore and it's FOC.

I tried it a few days ago in Belgium when I used Simba Voice app to call Singapore and talked 45mins for free.

If the roaming partner has Volte, just use the normal dialler. That's the good thing about simba, call back SG for free (volte or not volte supported roaming partners).
