only for 5G plan...made the right choice about moving out of MR...but I do miss the MR Talk app.
Last time use MR Talk app, it's good. But now SIMBA is better. Can call back home from overseas for free, pick up calls for free. And when you call overseas from Singapore, the rate is very low as compared to the 3 operators. Almost similar to MR rates.

Not exactly low. I called msian number using the SIMBA app when I was in Msia for less than a min, and was charged S$0.57. Thinking that it’s an app call and should be in cents.

MR talk is completely free to call any # in the world.

Strange indeed.

I put $5.00 in my wallet.

24th is my payment date.

Today, it left with $4.99. How come got 1 cent deduction?

I have a CC registered for monthly recurrent payment.
As per SIMBA excess charge. 1cent per 30 seconds after international calls.

Please check your call records if you got accidently call anyone who is currently overseas. Claim from him/her.

Yeah. No choice, that's why it's a risk to top up exact amount. You might not know you call someone you know or sms someone you know who is currently overseas.

Or it can be a simple iMessage activation sending a overseas sms.

Okay

Just checked my recent call log. Now, I remember the 1 cent incident.

Yes, there was an accidental dial to a Malaysia number yesterday. The other person didn't pick up my call but I got a "The number you call is not available at the moment...."

So, I guess that was why my wallet was deducted 1 cent?

Wlwlwl. Yes, that is why your wallet is deducted 1 cent. VoiceMail "the number you called is not available..." is also chargeable.

Yes. If wallet no money, can't call. Can't go Taylor Swift concert.

Wallet got credit can already.. If wallet no credit, make sure your physical wallet got money more important.
Side note, if u need to call IDD frequently, you should take a look at other plans which provide 300 mins of IDD monthly. It will be more worthwhile if u frequently call IDD.

And now the 4.99 will be stucked. Now find a reason to exceed your roaming data and start using it. Plan your holidays

I's okay! It can be used for ($4/1GB's countries) PPU in the future as long as I don't jump ship again in which I don't think I will! :D

I just ported into Simba this sat. My office and home locations are high floor above level 30. Half of the time I m on roaming and half of the time I don't have reception. Even at downtown inside a level 2 food court I can't even get reception. Think I need port out again asap :(

I guess that SIMBA is not suitable for your area then.

Likewise, ST signal is bad at my house (ground level). SIMBA, SH and M1 are better! Imagine that!
