Ok to pay for the early port out fee of $30, you need to go down to either kaki bukit or somerset branch to make the payment.

My daughter smart watch cannot support VoLTE so nobody can call her without using the smart watch app which is a hassle.
I would get a line that supports future port in like Vivifi to use for a few weeks with the temp number, then port the Simba number over after 30 days.

Ya that is one option. Anyway is my mistake not to check properly that her smart watch cannot support VoLTE so I pay for the convenience to get it sort out earlier.

hi, i’m planning to port over but i’m concerned about the signal at sungei tengah as my dad works there. anybody can provide any feedback?
i went to Lim Chu Kang, near Hay Daries last week, the reception there for SIMBA is quite bad, 1-bar or to no reception. Sungei Tengah should be okay according to nperf app. But not lim chu kang

Lim Chu Kang has got a lot of "Cannot be seen cell signal towers energy" too! No wonder it is so strong! 😷 😬

Anyone using Simba on Pixel 4a?

Do the calls still have to be made/received through the app?

folks i might be dumb, please bear with me. I just ported into SIMBA yesterday, today activated. Using esim and iPhone 12 pro.

i notice that my network is forever on LTE, no "4G", "4G+" or "5G". is this meant to be like that? If not, how do i change it?

Go to Voice and Data. Set to 5G auto.
