I having the same situation. Used wife card on my phone Poco X5 Pro 5g have 5g. Use my card on wifi phone, Xiaomi 11t pro, no 5g. Both phone on their compatible list.I got no 5G on my 5G enabled iPhone.
Tried my friend SIMBA sim on my iPhone. 5G was detected immediately.
Use my SIMBA sim on his Xiaomi. No 5G
Use back my SIMBA sim on my iPhone. No 5G
Use back his SIMBA sim on his Xiaomi. 5G was detected immediately.
all was done on the same location same timing.
Really don’t know what’s wrong.
SA mode is off. If I switch to my wife Simba sim card onto my Poco X5 Pro, it can detect 5g. Mean setting on the phone should not have issue and phone has no problem with Simba 5g NSA.Their official website sayed last time that if u use on compatible 5g device leave it on 5g auto then they will detect 5g network requests incoming when ur in their 5g coverage and provide ur account with it.
They take down the page liao.

Each telco has their supported and tested list. They may vary. https://support.simba.sg/hc/en-us/a...*13val2p*_gcl_au*MTg1NDAwMzUwMC4xNjk2MTE2MTU2Hi all, what would be the feasibility of a Senior on a Senior Plan, to have an LTE smart watch?
Does SIMBA provide eSIM for LTE smart watch? And if so, do they provide eSIM for Senior Plan? And most importantly, if SIMBA eSIM on Senior plan, would it work on a smart watch? As in, able to receive phone calls?

Only probability will be sim not activated for 5g. Coz even when insert my sim to wife phone also no 5g.
Port in, test the network, port out.. you consider that “abuse”? Most would consider that “consumer choice” - and in most developed countries, consumer protection exists. In Singapore, not so much.To be fair to the providers. A minimum stay period is quite right.
Else, people port in, port out within a week or 2 or within a month or 2 like nobody business.
It is to prevent such abuses!

Telecommunications nowadays is not a monopolized industry. Consumers choice meant consumers have a choice to select which MNO/MVNO they wish to sign up with. No hidden clauses and everything is in clearly written form. Didn't read the T&Cs? User problem. Don't like a certain telco, don't sign up.Port in, test the network, port out.. you consider that “abuse”? IMHO.I tell you what...
You drive and park right in front of the SIMBA HQ lobby entrance. Sure can get super high speed!
If cannot get. Go straight to SIMBA's HQ office bang table, flip chairs!![]()
For SIMBAians like us. That's a super happy speed already.IMHO.
Last night I went TechView.

SIMBA took 5 days to send the port in request. But I received the physical SIM on Wed. Wasted 2 days trying to activate. Am still waiting for email confirmation of successful port in. Was able to activate the SIM card after the email notification that they just notified the other side of my intention to port out to SIMBA.Do everything using desktop.
You can use the App only after your new number / port-in number became active.
Then, login to App using your activated SIMBA mobile number. Wait for OTP and bingo!![]()
how come your experience so complicated one.SIMBA took 5 days to send the port in request. But I received the physical SIM on Wed. Wasted 2 days trying to activate. Am still waiting for email confirmation of successful port in. Was able to activate the SIM card after the email notification that they just notified the other side of my intention to port out to SIMBA.
PSA: wait for the email notification of successful porting in to SIMBA before activating the SIM (can be done before successful port in) and using the SIM card.
Advice to SIMBA - you should include the instruction with the physical SIM card. I wasted 2 hours in total, excluding the frustrations.
When is consumer protection ever existent in Singapore?Port in, test the network, port out.. you consider that “abuse”? Most would consider that “consumer choice” - and in most developed countries, consumer protection exists. In Singapore, not so much.
Do you average get 100Mbps download speed nowadays? For SIMBAians like us. That's a super happy speed already.
Imagine before the 5G. We only get 10.7/4.1 with its 4G lol....![]()
