normal. I feedback to them, they say it's for security concerns.
should suggest to them passcode with fingerprint authentication.
as if their app involve more money than bank app which also not need log in and log in everytime.

I collected my SIMBA SIM card on 2 Oct, and port in from M1 was successfully done by 3 Oct. Incoming and outgoing calls, SMS and data works from my ported number. However, till date, I have not received any email confirming my port in was successful. On SIMBA's desktop portal, my plan is also showing 'Pending Activation'.

I have reached out to SIMBA Support numerous times regarding this to no avail. Is this a common issue? What is the longest period of time you've experienced for your SIM card to be successfully activated? What do I do now?

I just want to manage my number on SIMBA App, and not lose it. Thanks!

i think you are facing the same issue as my friend who collected his sim card from one of the authorised retailer in the (west). He got successfully ported in and everything worked. Just cannot sign in the simba app to view usages. It took him around 5 to 7-days to resolve. He went back the shop to diao them.

It is not a common issue though, try going back to the shop you got your sim card. I personally don't have this issue for my other friends who collected their sim card from the other shop.

My office desk, 4G good speed. I don't use my office Free1Gbps Wi-Fi due to PDPA.

My office toilet, 4G and sometime 4G+ and 5G. I shall move my desk into the toilet! 🤭

21st floor, ya.. ;)
