VoLTE = Voice over LTE. It's voice over data.

That's why Roaming data is given, but not calls. Calls are placed over data (cos over the app).

if you are using singtel, volte roaming calls are chargable.

Cause other Singtel MNVOs (vivifi, GOMO, Zero1) are all available to select in the drop down list, except ZYM.

What were you doing to expect SMS OTP, banks transactions or top up MRT Card via SimplyGo app?

To log in to simba app, need otp to authenticate.
But sms not received

I think Simba only has the Seniors Hotline : 6920 0000
Maybe can give it a try.

Follow my steps. This is what I usually do.

- Set call forwarding when out of coverage for your Singtel line to SIMBA number.
DONE and that's it! U can leave it permanently there because when u turn back ON your Singtel Line, the call forwarding will not work.

When u leaving SG, just turn OFF your singtel line and all calls will be auto forward to SIMBA without IDD charges. I had done this almost every week.

Negative. Meaning u can port out or cancel without any obligation. If u never pay money, they will cancel your line for sure.
