anyone ported over from Singtel CES plan to simba/circle before?

any idea if can straight away sign-up with simba to trigger the port over?
or need to approach Singtel to change from CES to normal singtel consumer plan first?

TIA!!

Would strongly suggest to check with Simba/ Circle first before signing up.

I was also under Singtel CES and tried port over to ZYM but failed.
Had to go back to Singtel and convert to normal personal line first , then go back and ask ZYM to effect the port over again.

so there was a period of time when I was billed by both Singtel and ZYM.

In the meantime, I used ZYM's sim card for data to maximise the plan coz after contract, the CES plan had very minimum data + pro-ration for the month.

When ZYM tried to port my number over, they mentioned the failure was becoz my line was under my employer's Company UEN, not under my NRIC.

I'm aware that the line and bill is under my name, not my employer. But on the telco's backend, that's not how it work though.

Anyway, keep us posted. Hope everything goes smoothly for you.

for simba have to sms 4 to 1218 to activate the blocking of international calls, M1 maxx have to do it on the app
I just received an SMS "To activate this service, send sms INTBLOCK to 1218 now."

They've changed the activation method?

Edit: Oh, just saw the post before this. Yup, it's INTBLOCK (y)

The thing now is, the scam calls I've been receiving nowadays are Singapore numbers. Haha.

Yup, spoke to the same person calling from "UOB" twice in a month from a Singapore number. Her English and Mandarin is actually very local and can tell tell me places like Paya Leber and Geylang in her effort to convince me.

what browser are you using ? Non chrome based browsers will sometimes not show the same results.
Example, I will see different result if using Chrome ( Android ) vs Firefox ( Android )

Hi all,

1. I recently notice i can no longer call my Simba lines (I have 2 lines) from my home ViewQwest Voice (VOIP) line.
2. I contacted ViewQwest (who was very helpful and prompt), and they confirmed that the call went out but is BLOCKED by Simba. - I had no issue a few months ago so I don't know how this happened.
3. I called SIMBA hotline, machine told me that line only support Senior Plan and directed me to file inquiry online. Which i did.
4. I did not get a response from them, today 3rd day since email sent. So I enquire through their facebook chat.
6. They responded say: "Hi XXXX! Please note that VoIP is presently unavailable for all SIMBA plans"
5. My daughter fedback she can't get through my mobile from school general office line. The clinic I went to also told me they can't get me through my mobile.

I do not recall there is any form of announcement on this abrupt change and would like to know if anyone else is having the same problem ?
