Strange! It has been 4 days since I got a new sim card with new Lucky Number from SIMBA but my SIM card is not showing at actual mobile number itself.

What's wrong and any solution for it?

**Note: This new SIMBA number will be ported out to Maxx at a later date.

Anyone knows when will Simba launch the 5G standalone network? I saw a post that someone can see the Simba 5G standalone but cannot connect to it. TIA!

i think they are trialing at some locations for 5G SA. It is not known where, but some user reported seeing it. But i so far haven't see any SA yet.
I ported last week to simba for $10.50 plan, now the plan doesn't exist, what will happen to my plan next month, will simba move my plan to $12 plan ??
somehow the plan dissappeared. I think you will continue to pay $10.50 till it revert to original price. What's the price they will revert to? Is your benefits the same as the new $12 plan ?

Tks @Jurong640 , Have to wait and check what they do.

As @SimCard mentioned,
that plan was $10.50 for 6 months with 200gb, then revert to 100gb after.. + 100 IDD mins
This new one is $12 for 200gb for 6 months, revert 130gb.

Never seen SIMBA SA on my phone. But on CellMapper website, where you can see all network towers collected by users, can see a few NR towers already

Don't think they have the ability to SA more than a few areas in CBD rn since have not time yet to fully migrate all the radio to 5G

Yea and no point doing so. Using if only using that 10Mhz band 1 for SA 5G, speed will be slower than 40Mhz of band 40 LTE

I am currently in Malaysia. Can I ask if I have to download SIMBA Voice App to call Singapore mobile number or I can just make call directly? I know there is no roaming surcharge but wondering what is the method so that I won’t get roaming surcharge for making outgoing call or taking incoming call.

There are no roaming surcharges for all incoming and outgoing calls to Singapore.

Just go ahead call directly via the phone's app... If got issues then use the SIMBA Voice app

Try2 & then you will know...

I just tested it and is able to call to Singapore mobile number directly! But I wondering if the receiver will get charge by international roaming because it’s not same like me on SIMBA plan?

or if the caller is on other plan like SingTel, StarHub etc, and I pick it up, I have no roaming charges but how about the caller or receiver ah?

most of the carriers (for postpaid plans) have free incoming calls as long as the receiver is in singapore, no matter whether the incoming call is from overseas or not
