Yes, suddenly want to use my HP to pay, got no network at about 4pm. Then toggle airplane mode, then suddenly connected again.

Then come here to check…

I'm overseas and just received a phone call. Also used WhatsApp to make a call.

No issues at all.

I kena. Checked EDMW but no one flagged anything so made me think there was something wrong with my phone or else SIMBA network suddenly incompatible with my phone (which would be bad and terrible cos I just had to replace my old phone cos the battery was basically kaput).

Rebooted my phone and suddenly got signal. HENG AH!

East sider, am at east side currently right now.

I suspect its either the network went haywire for a while or they were patching something which killed off connections, but maybe 5G won't have problems, but 4G would have. I set preferred network to LTE (4G) cos I was not out and about and not streaming videos or playing any games, so didn't need 5G connection, to help reduce as much battery life as possible.

You using what phone? Try on wifi, try setting preferred network to 5G, try going outside to get better signal if you are indoors atm.

Try what I posted just now, plus take out and put SIM card back in, see can or not. No need update IOS, it shouldn't be OS issue.

Not sure if their contact number for seniors still working (6920 0000). You can post on SIMBA FB and/or Twitter. I assume a bot will pick up on your issue and then you try see how.

Below are the SIMBA service centres, if still cannot recover and you die die want to resolve now. Not sure if authorised dealers can help on your issue.
