The product segmentation is so disorganized.

The difference between the 'SIM-Only 200GB' plan and the 'SuperRoam MY' plan is $1 every 30 days. For just an extra $1 every 30 days, you get 10GB of Malaysia roaming data every 30 days. The rest of the entitlements are identical, apart from the payment frequency, which is every 30 days and every 90 days, respectively.

They should enhance SuperRoam Max too that plan looking less and less attractive. If you pay $5 less for SuperRoam 50GB you get 300 GB local data, 50 GB of Malaysia data and 8 GB of international roaming. Compared to having only 100 GB of local data and 10 GB of international and in flight roaming.

to be fair the roaming in msia is pretty spotty not sure why also..

ditto work seamless in Penang 1 week ago and Ipoh, apart some spotty signals driving in highway

Am I see wrongly or they try to trick me? They sent and SMS said that super roaming just upgraded. Actually is downgrade. Before that is 10G international Data and 40G Malaysia. Now is 8G international only and 50G Malaysia. I am not impressed

it was 10GB regional to 8GB international. Imo the 8GB international is a better deal

all these places i’ve had issues where there’s signal but data won’t load, especially so in malls, and it’s the case even for diff roaming carriers

maybe i just suay but i left 3 months ago alr

What's the difference between international roaming and regional roaming? Can't find it on the website.

I just changed to this plan cos I wanted 10gb roaming. Now on 10gb....next billable month will be 8gb

Sux. Cos the extra 2gb makes a huge difference for me.

if i'm not wrong, simba regional roaming refers to countries in Asia only. Now they give 8GB International 64 countries. Though a drop from 10 to 8.

From the old CIS, regional roaming is only Australia, Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, Taiwan and Vietnam
