Hopefully they will extend the +3gb to dec 2025.

For now, eight is the best bet.
if you need the international roam, then simba would be better...but if only time limited..then...sigh...forcing us to do jumping jack..

Mine showed only 2.00 GB of roaming data subscribed.

I used quite a lot of data for WhatsApp and email on my laptop a few days ago in Johor.

So I should have less than 2.00 GB available but it still shows I have 2.00 GB unused.

My take is the new plan is not fully updated yet or there is a software bug in the app.
Need to SMS 2 to 1218 to check, For some reason the bonus roaming data doesn't show up on the app

sms 2 to 1218 is the best and most accurate to check the roaming data balance.

judging by the history of TPG/Simba, the 3gb bonus will eventually become permanent.

if you wish to switch plan, do it on your day 25th day to reduce damage as once you change plan, the new cycle will based on the day the plan is changed + the remaining days of the old plan will be forfeited. to check which day are you into your plan, log in via the simba website.

those currently on $10 100GB plan but rarely go out of singapore and don't think you will use much data at overseas, you might wish to just stick with your plan. given your 1gb free roaming data, any additional 1gb cost $4. comparing this with you pay extra $2 every month for months before you utlise the 5gb roaming data.

Today SIMBA successfully renewed my $5 monthly Seniors Plan (at the 26th day). The renewal was performed by deducting from my Account Balance ie eWallet.

What's strange is that my eWallet has only $4.99 balance because I made an IDD call to reduced it to $4.99 from $5 - the intention was to avoid taking my subscription from the eWallet.

So I get 1 cent discount? :)
Let's wait for another few days & see what happens.
Today similarly I've $4.93 in my SIMBA's Wallet & it was totally debited for my $5 monthly subscription 👍

https://simba.sg/terms - in the FAQ 13.11

Termination Request Process
  1. For termination of the SIMBA services, please submit an Account Termination Form.
  2. We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and process it within 7 business days if there are no outstanding dues.
  3. In exceptional cases requiring more than 7 business days, we will advise on the timeframe and the reason(s) requiring more time.
  4. We will not charge you for the next 30-day cycle if the termination request is submitted at least 7 business days before the renewal of the next 30-day cycle.

Back in the days we pou dengwah zouk. Last time I can easily 2 hours on the phone, back then utilising the free unlimited calls to 3 m1 friends.

Now simba to simba also unlimited. But no longer pou dengwah zouk. Cos all use simple whatsapp text (no whatsapp call, I hate it). Haha
Simba to Simba is unlimited for SMS. Simba to any mobile nos. is unlimited, I think that is the real power but like you said, nobody pou dengwah zouk liao. 😀
