Hi i just port in from gomo to simba. Funny part was that it was on the 30th they told me my esim was ready. But they did not send any qr code and activation code was not working. So i thought i would wait until my port in process to be ready to use. Now they told me port in was ready, the activation code still would not work. Anyone encounter this issue? My previous simba line was seemless and i have tried contacting support but to no avail. Guess i wasted 10 dollars forcm nothing? Or is there something i can do?

Interested in signing up for their SIMBA BB, but not available at my location and I don't think I'll be able to enjoy the $20 off promotion which is valid till 30 Sep 2024 only.

No update to the list since 2 ~ 3 months back...

West: Beauty World, Boon Lay, Clementi, Jurong, and Tengah
Central: Bishan, Beach Road, Holland Village, Novena, Tiong Bahru, Toa Payoh
North East: Serangoon

Bump. Anyone encountered similar issue on this? Their email does come with activation code which does not work. But no QR code and there was no attachment. Its been 5 days without a eSIM card.

There is NO attachment. The QR Code is part of the email, it says, QUOTE: "Your QR Code" on the email.

The subject of your email should be "SIMBA eSIM Setup".

By the way, I did not receive any activation code. What is that for?

Edit: to add on, please check your SPAM holder if the QR code email has gone there.

I recently ported in on eSIM and timeline as follows:
- 0800hrs 27 Jun: apply port in online
- 0826hrs 27 Jun: received 3nos email. 1) Order confirmed with Order ID. (2) Number Porting Notice. (3) eSIM Setup, this is the email that comes with the QR Code for scanning.

- 0130hrs 28 Jun: email notice on successful port in.

I have ported in & out of SIMBA (eSIM) a few times and the procedure and number of emails received is always the same. You should receive the email with QR Code once they confirmed your Order.

When I ported-in to SIMBA, I got an initial email that was supposed to contain the QR, but the QR was a big X aka invalid image.

Fortunately, the SM-DP+ Address and activation code worked on the iphone.

Just ported in to SIMBA. Been trying for hours to get iMessage to activate the number, but still get the spinning wheel pending activation status. Have tried all I know, rebooting, turning on and off iMessage, etc. Any tips on how to get it working?
Did you ever manage to get this fixed?

Edit: Auto-fixed itself after 5-ish days
