I'm having a pretty weird issue with Simba: I can call everything except the Viewqwest customer service. Their number is (+65) 3102 0000. I can call the number from M1. I can call the number from Skype. But if I call using Simba or the Simba Voice app I get an automated message "The number you have dialed is either incorrect or incomplete".

I've contacted Simba support, but they are pretty unhelpful so far, just telling me my phone is unsupported. Pretty sure it should work (Samsung S23), but now I wondering if it's just me or not.

$12 plan? iOS SIMBA App is still showing 300 min and 5GB though, 1218, however reflects the correct one - 400/7GB.

Anyone on iOS 18 can advise on turning on VoLTE? I used to see it and it’s no longer there (just 5G auto, On and LTE) :)
newer iphone (on newer ios) no longer show option for volte. it is always-on by default.

Strangely, I don't find the turn on VoLTE option for SIM1 on my Samsung phone now too even though the VOLTE logo is display on the notification bar.

However, Turn on VoLTE option is available on SIM2 which I use it for the Malaysian onexox sim card.
i think it's depending on carrier settings. so in singapore most carriers removed it as it is deemed always-on by default.

on iOS18, after update from App Store, the Simba app open as 2.4.31. and it prompted to update. when redirected to appstore, it's 2.4.38 with "Open" button, no more "Update". And the display in app seems mixed up.
Anyone else encounter the same problem?
Using Android phone here, maybe iOS will come later?
why pay for nothing ?

2 days left, and you used only 4GB
Not glue to the phone all the time. If have wifi, will use wifi lor. 😬

Too long never use IDD calls already.

If I call a korea # within korea, do I need to add +82, the country code, or just dial the local number?

Same here. Phone called 31000000 returned the same message.

I don't use Skype on phone though.

nope its available outside the US as well. Carrier dependent i think
ok, based on Gemini... https://gemini.google.com/app/4a4286030bbcb0f0?hl=en_GB

As of September 2024, RCS support on iOS 18 has expanded to more countries. While it's not universally available yet, it's gradually being rolled out to carriers in various regions.

Here are some notable countries where RCS is currently available:

  • United States:Several major carriers like AT&T, T-Mobile, and Verizon support RCS.
  • Canada:Carriers like Bell, Telus, and Videotron offer RCS support.
  • Europe:Countries like Spain, France, and Germany have RCS available through certain carriers.
