Registered Senior Plan for my parent this early morning. Did not receive any confirmation email.

try to go collect but told me order still processing.
Isit usually this slow for confirmation?

Seniors Plan too but did it on a weekday & that time SIMBA wasn't so popular

07.00am - started port-in process for 2 mobiles from Singtel to Seniors SIMBA

11.30am - collected SIMs

11.05pm - Singtel cut me off

01.11am - port-in successful!

Very fast!!
... within 24 hours!

That’s fast. Mine did not even receive the confirmation email, and I was charged on the payment.

It is stated clearly that you must wait for the email before heading for collection.

Usually, for weekend registration. Email will comes in on the next business day.

BTW, I have passed the 30 days period to avoid penalty to port out.

So, I have decided not to jump coz SIMBA speed is so much better now.

I stay with SIMBA.

Hardly or I would say no blindspots now as far my regular spots are concerned.

As I mentioned before. There is even 5G speed at my work desk in which it used to be a "Enchaned 3G" speed only.

I think so but the subscription is deducted on the 26th day; ie 1st Nov being the 30th day.

Correct.

My cycle ends in 26th as stated.

The plan refreshed from start right after 0001hrs on the 27th.

since you want to go and collect, the better way is to go service center and apply. you can collect immediately.

Just check my Mum's senior plan data quota, Simba updated the data to 100GB before the renewal date

Orchard one has 2 sections, 1 for SIM card collection/exchange and the other for other matters.

Going there for application could mean a much longer wait, coz they like to make people see them for other matters that could be easily solved online like payment of penalties of sorts.

They seriously need to rename their sim only plans. Sim Only 200GB ($12/mth) and Sim Only 100GB ($10/mth), both have 200GB.

They should name it easier for people to understand

there are so many service centers, why must go orchid.

last time i went kaki bukit, the q was 2 persons only.
