Is this 100GB apply to usage on either location - SG and MY, whereby the 3GB will apply only on this Roaming Group A.SIMBA Plan: Seniors Plan

Seems like Simba is heavily throttled with Celcom in Malaysia. 1st Result is through Simba roaming with Celcom, and 2nd result is through prepaid Celcom. Not sure it anyone else has this issue.
Edit:
And as previous comments stated, U Mobile seems to have a more usable* connection.
For myself, I noticed Simba roaming network is Celcomdigi. VoLTE wasn't available. I have a Celcom prepaid, network is Celcom, and VoLTE is available.I also notice my roaming is a bit laggy occasionally in Johor for my SIMBA. But for $12 a month for 250 GB, I can't complain much.
try IKEA JEM. the reception strength still not as good for years3 months with SIMBA no complains as yet.
Notice my connection speed improved compared to with i first ported over, JE area near IMM
I noticed that too, now at Midvalley and experienced the lagginess using CelcomI also notice my roaming is a bit laggy occasionally in Johor for my SIMBA. But for $12 a month for 250 GB, I can't complain much.

What's your primary choice?
Not yet, after I left Midvalley, everything seems okpreviously there were reports that Umobile gives better experience. try?
It has been Celcom, TBH I am lazy to manual searchWhat's your primary choice?
Ok, my phone is "POCO X6 5G" but it auto select "LTE" maybe next time I try to select 5G and see how.I set mine to 5G Auto and turn on Data Roaming 24/7 now.
Even with my Hotlink prepaid line, I feel setting to 5G Auto helps to detect and connect to network faster.
