Hey folks, thinking of getting a Simba plan and have a few noob questions

1) How long does porting usually take?

2) Most Simba plans say $x for 30 days. Does this literally mean 30 exact days? meaning that if a month has 31 days the plan will only cover 30 of them?

(1) There is a QR code on the SIM card holder that you can scan and port immediately.
(2) 30 days exactly.

1. Sign up online at simba.sg, fill in all details, submit. Then make your way to simba authorized dealer, show current/existing plan with another telco to verify, They will assign you a new sim card. Porting will take place at night on the day itself or the next day.

2. 30 days. But there is a cooldown period of 25 days if i can remember or something like that

The SIM card can be delivered to your house and you activate.

You can also go to the store to collect and activate.

for me, today confirmed again, city hall stretch of NS line no simba data..

Which plan are you on? Afaik flight data is only available on one plan

i never knew about that. last time have sia. sad don't know why until so long haven't add in

Using the "SIMBA Voice" app will be much easier.
Google for it, since it has been removed from App/Play store.

SIMBA Voice still avail in APPS Store. They have removed the one in PLAY store.

I have no problem using +65 calling from overseas.
