I'm in $10 plan. Last two weeks I went to Indonesia, my data was deducted under the apac 12gb. Log into app to check, the 300gb only for SG MY Hk.

Now I logged into my app after update, it shows 300gb is SG MY ID... Lol.. But my apac data which was deducted remains deducted.

Not sure what's going on.

The previous round of promotion is every $20 top-up at Atrix, you get $40 Simba credits.

Spoils their reputation for this kind of wordplay...

"1-for-1 recharge" is outright misleading based on similar past promos as precedent.
Using fine print to mislead own customers is not nice at all.

they can't really do much, as they are restricted by the number of airwaves, bands they bid and receive.

Singtel gets the most followed by the other 2 telcos. Simba is always on the losing end getting all the slow and weak airwaves available.

Selling point is roaming which disrupted the market.
Which likely is leveraged to then improve local infra, bid for spectrum etc. otherwise, where got money to upgrade, SG so ex!
i.e. SIMBA need more monies and time to hopefully improve.

Simba came in late after most of the 5G bands are allocated to the 3 telcos. What to do?

I'm not on the $10 Plan so I don't know what the app will list out. However based on SIMBA's website the $10 Plan is for SG, MY & HK.

What's on our app is different from that on their website.

There are still some bands available but I guess they don't want to bid for them right now as bidding means they have to get x% coverage over singapore as part of the deal.
