Not simba fault imo. Other telcos' backend systems need to sync up. Eg ocbc may be using m1 to send sms, uob using singtel, etc.Maybe my expectation of Simba is a little high cuz like i've said, this is the first time i port-in on Saturday and normally i have no issues with them

took me 1 week for HOTMAIL OTP, the rest about 3 to 4 days. like what a bro said , send 1 or 2 SMS out and get your family to send SMS to you also. it helps apparently.Try the following :

Citibank and OCBC if not wrong they don't send SMS OTP. I just got my replacement master card from Citi and it authenticates through app if I add to digital wallet.
