Not simba fault imo. Other telcos' backend systems need to sync up. Eg ocbc may be using m1 to send sms, uob using singtel, etc.

took me 1 week for HOTMAIL OTP, the rest about 3 to 4 days. like what a bro said , send 1 or 2 SMS out and get your family to send SMS to you also. it helps apparently.

Update sighhh amex and ocbc still no otp :(
sms to friends works fine :)

Most banks dont use SMS otp now .. it is a regulatory requirement to use their bank app for authentication.

Citibank and OCBC if not wrong they don't send SMS OTP. I just got my replacement master card from Citi and it authenticates through app if I add to digital wallet.

no no bro i did mention due to first time setting up of the app, i need OTP (amex one can be resolved using email otp), it's now OCBC problem :(

first time setting up ocbc app requires sms otp :)

yup, sms to friends and back confirm no problem

restart 4-5 times already still no ocbc OTP

Sigh my OCBC and AMEX OTP still not in, guys is there any ways or physical service center I can port-out and ask for full refund? :)

No way they'll give you a refund, not any of our telcos.

Max you'll get is continuous support at their own time.

Go Kaki Bukit or 313?
